REFUNDS
Refund Policy
This policy explains how MIROT handles refunds for paid reading access and service issues.
Last updated: April 17, 2026
General Rule
Completed readings are generally non-refundable because the service is delivered immediately after access is granted and the reading is generated.
Unused purchases may be reviewed for refund when access fails because of a confirmed technical issue on our side.
Eligible Cases
We review refund requests for duplicate charges, failed access, or clear billing errors.
Requests should include the purchase email, payment date, and a short description of the issue.
How to Request Help
Send refund requests through the contact details listed on the Contact page.
We review requests as quickly as possible and respond after checking the payment and service logs.
